Martin Beam is the owner/general contractor of MJ Rose. He was born in Shelby, NC and attended East Carolina University, earning his degree in construction management.

Upon graduating from college, he moved to the Triangle to enter professionally into home building in 1996. He has been building with groups and independently every since.

He currently lives in Apex, NC with his wife and daughter.

As owner of MJ Rose homes, Martin brings over 20 years of home building experience to each project. He is directly involved in every phase of your home building process.
